First step: Free introductory chat

Sessions are online or by phone, 50 minutes in length, and I offer a free 15-minute intro chat so you can get a sense of whether I am the right fit. I may be, I may not be, there is absolutely no pressure to commit to anything. The most important thing is whether you feel comfortable talking to me, as this process is about you, no one else.

My fee is £60 per session. I want to make this more accessible for people who really need it, as of April 2026 I currently have availability for two concession-rate spaces, for people who may need a bit more financial flexibility, I offer these on a case-by-case basis. With trust and openness in mind, I won’t be asking for explicit financial details from you.

I will make sure you have clear information about confidentiality, payment, cancellations, and practical arrangements before therapy begins.
