Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. I work with anyone looking for some time and space, that could be people who have a diagnosis, suspect ADHD, or simply recognise these patterns in themselves.
What if I do not know what to say?
That is completely okay. You do not need to arrive with a polished explanation. We can start with whatever feels most real or pressing.
Is online therapy effective?
Yes. Online therapy can feel more accessible, flexible and less overwhelming than travelling to in-person sessions.
How long do I need to commit for?
You do not have to commit to a set number of sessions at the start. We can talk about what feels right and review things as we go.
FAQs
I welcome any questions, should you think of any, please get in contact by clicking the button below at the bottom of the page.
Some of the more common questions I am asked -
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, with some limits. I will explain confidentiality clearly before we begin, including situations where I may need to share information to protect you or someone else, or where I am legally required to do so.
What issues can I bring?
Anything that feels important to you. ADHD may be central, it may not even be part of your story. It could be anything, stress, burnout, anxiety, self-esteem issues, grief, addiction, relationships or feeling stuck in life.
What if I am not sure you are the right fit?
That is completely fine. Finding the right counsellor matters, and the free intro call is there to help with that.
