Who I help
For people who feel overloaded, stuck, or never quite switched off
Could this be you?
You have ADHD and feel overwhelmed by daily life.
You suspect ADHD and want support while making sense of things.
You feel burnt out, frazzled or constantly behind.
You struggle with self-esteem, shame or harsh self-criticism.
You overthink, people-please or find it hard to switch off.
You find relationships, work or family life harder than they seem for other people.
You feel stuck, lost, or unsure why life feels so heavy.
You look like you are coping from the outside, but it doesn't feel that way inside.
You might be here because life feels heavier than it looks from the outside. Maybe your brain never really switches off. Maybe you are overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in survival mode, or wondering whether ADHD could be part of the picture.
I mostly work with adults affected by ADHD as well as other types of Neurodivergence, both diagnosed and suspected, and with the wider issues that often sit around it: stress, burnout, shame, identity, low self-esteem, relationship strain and the feeling of always being switched on, in a world that, lets face it, wasn’t exactly designed for us.
Us?
I have ADHD myself, so I get it, I have been where you are now, I’ve felt all this, a whole lifetime of it, but I found it doesn’t have to always be that way. This allows me to look at different approaches, think outside the box and have a better understanding of how life might be feeling for you.
